Chris Keane has been involved in the insurance claims industry since 2007. Initially he undertook repairs on properties that suffered chimney fire damage. Later as a member of Managed Repair Networks operated by Allianz, Aviva, Axa and F.B.D. he became involved in claims involving property damaged by fire, flood, subsidence and oil spill.

Through experience of surveying, costing and providing a scope of repair works, he has an invaluable knowledge of dealing with insurance claims from the initial call to providing a guaranteed repair solution. He has undertaken training with the National Flood School in Hampshire UK on behalf of the I.I.R.C. ( Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration U.S.) in the following areas:

• Water Damage Restoration
  
• Applied Structural Drying
  
• Fire & Smoke Restoration

In addition to that he attended the following training course with Sure Fire Technical Services U.K.: HETAS -Chimney Competent Persons Registration.

Chris is a member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland and holds a Diploma in Loss Adjusting.
